JUDGMENT
T his writ petition is filed challenging Ext. P2 order dated 18th October, 2014 passed by the Tribunal for Local Self Government Institutions in Appeal No.598 of 2013, by which notice issued to the second respondent herein, i.e., Indus Towers Limited, Palarivattom, Kochi, was quashed by the Tribunal. It is, thus, aggrieved by the order of the Tribunal, Karukutty Grama Panchayat has filed the writ petition.
In that view of the matter, I do not think, adjudication as sought for in the writ petition is required. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the second respondent.
