Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner is that there is a mistake which has occurred during the Re-survey, which needs to be corrected. It is submitted that a portion of the property belonging to the petitioner, on Re-survey has been shown as Kulampuramboke. The petitioner has preferred Ext.P3 before the 3^rd respondent and prays that the same may be considered and necessary corrections made. It is also submitted that necessary corrections have already been effected regarding the neighbouring properties.

In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 3^rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 after hearing the petitioner within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
