JUDGMENT
The petitioner has preferred Ext.P7 representation before the 2nd respondent. She is aggrieved by the mistake in the survey numbers. It is submitted that Exts.P3 & P4 documents are letters issued by the Tahsildar and the Village Officer which shows the correct survey numbers.
In such circumstances, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 representation in the light of Exts.P3, P4 & P6 at the earliest, at any rate, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
