JUDGMENT
When this matter was taken up, Sri.B.S.Swathi Kumar, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the respondents have
forwarded a copy of the report to the petitioners and submits that he has instructions from his party to seek withdrawal of the writ petition reserving the
right of the petitioners to challenge the same in appropriate proceedings.
Reserving such rights, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
