JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:
“i. To declare that the petitioner is entitled to continue and complete his B.Tech (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) course under the M.G.University in the School of Engineering and Technology, Karukutty and the respondents are bound to make arrangements for the same as per the M.G.University curriculum;
ii. To issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 5 to 8 to make arrangements facilitating the continuation of the B.Tech (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) course by the petitioner from 7th semester onwards and completion of the B,Tech (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) course by the petitioner as per the M.G.University curriculum and direct the respondents 1 to 4 and 9 to facilitate the same;
iii. To declare that the respondents 5 to 8 are liable to conduct the examinations for the course B.Tech (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) for the petitioner including the supplementary examinations from 1st year onwards and to direct the other respondents to facilitate the same as per the M.G.University Curriculum;
iv. To declare that the petitioner are entitled to get the benefits and the respondents are bound to follow the directions in Nandita v. APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University 2017(4) KHC 539= 2017 ( 3) KLT 1089”
Court had issued the following order:
“In the light of the Division Bench judgment of this Court in Nanditha T.K. v. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University [2017(4) KHC 539], it

is appropriate to direct the 9th respondent to hold 7th semester classes for the petitioner and any other similarly situated persons in B.Tech (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) Course following M.G. University Syllabus. The University shall also readmit the petitioner. The 9th respondent shall forward necessary proposal for readmitting the petitioner to the Course. Thereafter, the University shall order readmission of the petitioner. Needful shall be done by the 9th respondent to readmit the petitioner and hold the classes within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
In that view of the matter, nothing further survives in this writ petition. The interim order dated 13.07.2018 is made absolute.
This writ petition is closed.
