JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:-
(i) to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the 1st respondent to admit the petitioners to the Mped course conducted by the 1st respondent, as announced by the University, vide its Ext.P3 notification.
(ii) to issue a writ of certiorari, or any other appropriate writ, direction or order, calling for the records leading to the denial of the admissions of the petitioners to the Mped course conducted by the 1st respondent university.
(iii) to issue a writ of mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, direction or order, directing the 1st respondent University to issue the marklists of the petitioners relating to their final year examinations conducted in the year 2015, and also to issue the marklists of petitioners relating to their supplementary examination conducted in the year 2016.
(iv) to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders over Ext.P5 and P6 representations filed by the petitioners before the University of Calicut officials.
