JUDGMENT
The grievance of the petitioner herein is that though
Ext.P2 application for temporary permit was submitted on
time, it has not been considered even now. On instructions, the learned senior Government Pleader submitted that in fact he had applied for replacement of the vehicle with a new vehicle and also for temporary permit in relation to the same vehicle. Since there was delay in disposing his application for regular permit, the petitioner filed WP(C)No.3518/2020. This court by Ext.P1 judgment directed the authority to consider Ext.P4 in that Writ Petition. It was posted for consideration before the RTA on 03.02.2021. Since no vacancy was available, the request made in Ext.P2 could not be considered, it was submitted. In the light of the above submission, which is recorded, I am inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition,

directing the authority to pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a
period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of
this judgment.
Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
