The petitioner has approached this Court seeking correction of Exts.P3 and P4, CBSE certificates. The correction sought is with respect to her parents names. The mistake in Exts.P3 and P4 was carried over from Ext.P5 Birth Certificate.

Pending the writ petition, petitioner got the mistakes in Ext.P5 corrected. The corrected Birth Certificate is produced as Ext.P8.

In such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to submit fresh applications for correction before respondents 4 and 5 schools within two weeks. If the application, along with requisite documents is submitted within the time limit, respondents 4 and 5 shall forward the same to respondents 2 and 3 within two weeks. On receipt of the applications, the 2^nd respondent shall carry out necessary corrections in Ext.P3 certificate within six

weeks. Thereafter, the 3^rd respondent shall make necessary corrections in Ext.P4 within another period

of six weeks.
