ORDER
The above Review Petition is filed by the 7th respondent in W.P(C)No.32960/2018. W.P(C)
No.32960/2018 is filed with following prayers:
“a) To issue appropriate writ, order or direction declaring that the 8th respondent has no right or authority to interfere with or set aside a sale held under the provisions of the Kerala Revenue Recovery Act, 1968.
b) To issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the official respondents to finalise and complete the proceedings pursuant to the sale of 2.82 Ares in Sy. No.42/1 Block No.28 of Ramapuram Village, Meenachil Taluk, Kottayam District belonging to the 7th respondent held on 03.03.2017 within a time limit to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
c) To issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the official respondents to confirm the sale and issue sale certificate in respect of the property having an extent

of 2.82 Ares in Sy. No.42/1 Block No.28 of Ramapuram Village, Meenachil Taluk, Kottayam District and to deliver the property to the petitioner within a time limit to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
Or in the alternative
d) To issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 4th respondent to refund the sum of Rs.12,66,000/- paid by the petitioner with interest @ 12% p.a to the petitioner immediately.
e) grant such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble court may deem fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case.”[SIC]

After going through the Review Petition, I am convinced that there is nothing to review the judgment in this case. But I make it clear that, if there is any grievance to the review petitioner, the petitioner is free to agitate the same in accordance to law.
With the above observation, this Review Petition is dismissed.
