JUDGMENT
Despite the order dated 6.1.2022, the appellant has not served a copy of the memorandum of appeal on Smt.K.S Santhi. Similarly, the appellant has not taken steps to effect service of notice on the respondents as ordered by this Court as early as on 27.3.2014. The appeal is of the year 2014. Hence, it is assumed that the appellant is no longer desirous of prosecuting the appeal. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for default.
