J U D G M E N T
The petitioner, who was awarded the work of
providing security service in the Government General Hospital, Alappuzha, has filed this writ petition stating that though she commenced the work on the basis of selection notice, agreement is not allowed
to be executed. It is stated that Ext.P3 selection notice was issued on 28.12.2020 in which petitioner
was directed to execute agreement with the Superintendent before 01.01.2021. As the agreement is not executed so far, she apprehends that there are steps to cancel the tender.
instructions submitted that no orders are issued for cancelation of the tender/selection notice and petitioner would be allowed to execute the agreement. It is also submitted that the

apprehension of the petitioner is baseless as petitioner is continuing on the basis of Ext.P3 selection notice.
that there is no intention to withdraw the selection notice or work awarded the petitioner no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
Accordingly, this writ petition is closed, recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader.
