Petitioners are working as Assistant Dental

Surgeons in Government Hospitals. They claim a separate quota for admission to Post Graduate Dental Courses. Relying on the judgment in Tamil Nadu

Medical Officers Association & Others v. Union of India & Others [2020 (7) MLJ 564] the Association in which petitioners 1 to 3, who are members, have approached the first respondent with Ext.P4 representation requesting for reservation for the in service candidates for admission to Post Graduate Courses

petitioner, learned Government Pleader and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

As the petitioners' claim is for reservation for which Ext.P4 representation is stated to have been submitted before the first respondent, the writ
