The petitioner, who is working as Melsanthi of Sree Mookambika Temple, Pallikkunnu in Kannur District, has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of certiorari to quash Ext.P10 show cause notice dated 03.02.2020 issued by the 5th respondent Executive Officer of the said temple.
“From the pleadings and the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, it appears that Ext.P8 is still pending before the 2nd respondent. It is to conduct a hearing on Ext.P8 that Ext.P9 is issued. In the circumstances, all further proceedings pursuant to Ext.P10 shall be kept in abeyance for a period of three weeks.”

learned Standing Counsel for Malabar Devaswom Board would submit that R.P.No.15 of 2019 filed by the petitioner before the 2nd respondent Commissioner challenging Ext.P6 order dated 19.11.2019 of the 5th respondent has already been dismissed by the order dated 22.01.2020.
In such circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
