The petitioner is a conductor in the K.S.R.T.C. working as a reserve conductor with effect from 19.05.2005 as per advice of Kerala Public Service Commission. While so, he completed reserve period of 240 days.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though he was put on probation from 27.09.2006 for a period of two years, within a continuous period of three years, his probation has not been declared, till now. He submitted Ext.P1 representation dated 05.09.2020 along with the enclosures. However, no orders have been passed on his representation, it is submitted.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the K.S.R.T.C., I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition itself directing the first respondent to consider Ex.P1
