The petitioners were included in the list published
by the respondent Municipality for the post of sanitation worker. They belong to SC / ST category and the selection process was done through Employment Exchange. Since their names are included in the open list and appointments were allegedly made out of turn, the petitioners submitted Ext.P3 and Ext.P4 representations. The grievance of the petitioners is that the above representations have not been considered in accordance with law.

Petition itself with a direction to the Municipality to take up and consider Ext.P3 representation treating as a representation submitted by both the petitioners
and to pass appropriate orders on it, as expeditiously
as possible, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of.
