Sakha. While they were occupying the office as aforesaid, the Sakha Yogam election was conducted on 27.1.2019. Some members of the Sakha Yogam filed O.S.No.462/2019 before the Additional Munsiff’s Court, Kollam, challenging the election. The learned Munsiff, by an interim order, ordered that any policy decision to be taken with respect to the administration of the 3rd defendant, who is the 1st petitioner herein, shall only be with the permission of the court. It was further ordered that the order passed by the court shall not preclude the Manager from taking decisions on the day to day administration of the school. The appointment of the teachers and other policy decisions were to be taken only with the previous permission of the court. The aforesaid order was challenged before the District Court by filing C.M.A.No.10/2020 by the original defendants. The Additional District Court allowed the C.M.A. in part and the order of the Munsiff regarding the appointment of the teachers was set aside. All other reliefs granted by the learned Munsiff was confirmed. Immediately thereafter, the Managing Committee members including the 2nd petitioner resigned. The meeting of the Union Council was convened thereafter on 8.2.2021 and an administrative committee was appointed with the 4th respondent as the Chairman. The administrative committee was appointed for the management of Sakha No. 192 till duly elected office bearers and the committee assumed charge. The appointment of the respondent as the Chairman was approved by the General Secretary of the SNDP Yogam.
