The petitioners 1 and 2 retired from service on 31.08.2020 and the 3^rd petitioner retired on 30.09.2020. According to the petitioners, their monthly pension and other pensionary / retirement benefits legally due to them have not been disbursed. Hence, the writ petition is filed seeking a direction to release the amount as expeditiously as possible. Ext.P3 series are the representations submitted by the petitioners.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the KSRTC, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction that all the dues payable to the petitioners legally, shall be released to each of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
