JUDGMENT

The limited prayer sought by the petitioner is for a direction to the respondent/bank to consider Ext.P5 representation pending before the first respondent, in which, he claimed that, he is entitled for a higher gratuity amount than which was originally disbursed to him.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the bank, I am inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition itself with a direction to the first respondent to take up, consider and dispose of Ext.P5 representation as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
