Aggrieved by Ext.P3 order rejecting the application of the petitioner for Arms license, petitioner submitted Ext.P4 appeal along with Ext.P5 application for condoning the delay. It is stated that

even though the appeal was filed on 19.10.2020, no action is taken by the first respondent.

¶20

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 appeal as well as Ext.P5 application, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of 'two months' from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
