JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who is conducting a
Bakery in a shop abutting the M.C.Road in Pandalam junction, has filed this writ petition pointing out that the barricades are erected in front of his shop without providing
any space for entry.
2. The learned Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the work of the
road is going on to upgrade it to international standards.
3. The petitioner has submitted a
representation Ext.P2 before the 3rd respondent pointing out his grievances on account of the barriers.
4. After hearing the learned counsel for
the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader, I deem that it is only

appropriate for the petitioner to approach the Chief Engineer, Projects Management, Thiruvananthapuram pointing out the grievances.
In case the petitioner submits such a representation, the Chief Engineer, Project Management shall take appropriate action on the representation in accordance with law. The petitioner would be free to furnish a copy of the judgment before the Chief Engineer, Project Management, along with the
representation.
