JUDGMENT
The petitioner is aggrieved by the
delay in passing orders on the application for renewal of arms' licence even after the 1st respondent issued Ext.P3 order as early as on 01.09.2012.
2. As per Ext.P3 order, the Land Revenue Commissioner – the 1st respondent had directed the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the application for renewal, after affording an opportunity of hearing to petitioner and taking note of his contentions.
3. The learned Government Pleader submits
that appropriate action would be taken for passing the orders as directed in Ext.P3 order without any delay.
Therefore the writ petition is
disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to

pass orders pursuant to Ext.P3 order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment. Sd/-
