Petitioner is the 1^st accused in Crime No.232/2021 of Ezhukone Police Station, which was registered alleging offence under Sections 143, 147, 148, 323, 324, 326 r/w 149 of the IPC. When the matter was taken up earlier, it was pointed out that by virtue of order dated 11.05.2021, he had surrendered before the Investigating Officer and then the learned Public Prosecutor was requested to ascertain whether his continued detention is necessary.

Now the learned Public Prosecutor submits that his further interrogation is not necessary. Therefore, in the event of arrest, he shall be released on bail on executing bond for Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer; he shall co-operate with the investigation, shall not try to
