This writ petition was filed for Police protection. The petitioners' case is that the petitioners are the President and member of 'Chrysostom Souhruda Koottam'. The petitioners submit that during the midnight of 12.12.2019, certain miscreants wearing masks trespassed into the compound of the petitioners and destroyed the name boards of 'Chrysostom Souhruda Koottam'. The petitioners, accordingly, seek Police protection. The petitioners named certain individuals who are arrayed as party respondents. This Court granted Police protection. This Court also directed the Police to consider the complaint of the petitioners in regard to unauthorised installing of banners and boards. The petitioners claim to be in possession of the video.

However, learned Senior Government Pleader submits that the petitioners have not handed over any video.

Anyway, in the light of the interim order already passed, this writ petition is disposed of as no further directions are required in the matter.
