This review petition is filed by the writ petitioner. In the light of observation in the judgment, the direction to the petitioner to submit application under From B is redundant. There is no necessity to make an application under Form B. Therefore, application for employment under Dying Harness Scheme shall be considered without insisting Form B application.
Judgment is reviewed and disposed of as above.
