JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who was awarded a work of 'NRDWP-2013-RWSS to T.V.Puram Panchayath [Vaikom Part Village] Kottayam District – Construction of OH Tank of 4.20 Lakhs Ltrs. Capacity at Cherikkal [Chemmanathukara Zone]' by the respondents, has filed this writ petition aggrieved by the delay in payment
of the bill amount towards CC 3rd and final bill as per Ext.P2.
2. The learned Standing Counsel, Sri.Benjamin Paul, on instructions submitted that the payment would be made against CC 3rd bill. The learned Standing Counsel submits that there are two bills. A sum of Rs.83 lakhs and 52 lakhs. So it is stated that the first bill would be settled within a period of two months. Regarding the second bill, it is stated that a further period of four months time would be required.
Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. Sd/-
