This writ petition is filed complaining that
Ext.P7 order passed by the Assistant Executive Engineer as per endorsement on the application submitted by the
petitioner to give connection as per the work order is not implemented.
respondents have already granted permission and it is for the petitioner along with licenced plumber to complete the work. Petitioner himself has stated that sanction was accorded to draw drainage connection.
Therefore the writ petition is disposed of recording the submission.
