JUDGMENT
When this matter was taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the strike ordered by the respondents 4 to 11 has been withdrawn and in that view of the matter, the petitioner has no grievance at present. It is prayed that this writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn reserving the right of the petitioner to move afresh at a later stage if the circumstances so warrant. Reserving such rights, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
