JUDGMENT
The petitioner states that he is an existing stage carriage operator conducting service on the Kakkakadavu-Madhur route using stage carriage No. KL-13K 8440 on the strength of Exhibit P1 permit which is valid till 24.7.2022. He states that he has submitted Exhibit P2 application seeking replacement of the vehicle. However, when no action was taken by the respondent, he approached this Court by Exhibit P6 judgment, directions were issued to consider the request and pass orders. He submits that as the vehicle is lying idle, he submitted Exhibit P7 application for issuance of a temporary permit. His prayer in this petition is for an expeditious consideration of Ext.P7 application.
