The petitioner is a company offering passive infrastructure services to telecom operators and other wireless service providers. They have approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to extend adequate and effective protection to the petitioner and their workers to carry out the upgradation of equipment in the telecom tower covered under Exhibit P1 building permit.
