The petitioner states that he got married to a lady by name Sheela on 24.08.2020. According to him, there are disputes between his wife and respondents 3 and 4 with regard to the use of a pathway leading to her house. Challenging the judgment of the appellate court, denying them relief in a suit for declaration of easement, the wife of the petitioner and her sister has preferred R.S.A.No.399 of 2018 and by Ext.P1 order, this Court had granted an order of status quo. He would contend that when the right of passage of his wife was obstructed, she along with her sister had approached this Court seeking police protection and this Court by order dated 19.12.2019, directed the 1st respondent to ensure the safety of the woman. According to the petitioner, his efforts to go to his wife’s residence after their marriage was thwarted by the respondents 3 and 4 and their men. Though he filed Ext.P3 complaint before the 1st respondent, no assistance was rendered. It is in the afore circumstances that the petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to afford adequate protection to the life of the petitioner so as to enable him to go to his wife’s house without
