JUDGMENT
The petitioner is a Contractor, who had completed the work of 'State Plan 2017-18 – Optimization of Production and Transmission – Renovation of 13.7 MLD WTP at Chavasseryparamba WSS to Kolachery' after executing an agreement with the 2nd respondent on 18.09.2018.
2. It is stated that the 2nd respondent has already forwarded the request for payment of bill on 20.03.2019.
The learned Standing Counsel, Sri.Benjamin Paul, submits that payment can be effected within a period of two months.
Recording the same, the writ petition is
disposed of.
