JUDGMENT
The petitioner is a Contractor, who has executed the work of 'State Plan 2016-17 – RWSS to Vallapattanam – Leak Rectification work of OHSR Vallapattanam' after executing an agreement with the 2nd respondent on 07.12.2017.
2. It is stated that work is already completed and the project is already commissioned and the 2nd respondent has forwarded the request for payment on 28.06.2018.
The learned Standing Counsel, Sri.Benjamin Paul, submits that payment can be made within a period of four months.
Recording the same, the writ petition is
disposed of.
