JUDGMENT
Dated this the 9th day of October 2020
The Writ Petition was filed seeking the following reliefs:
I. To issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction or command to the respondent No.1 and 3 to intervene in the arrest of petitioner's son, Mr.Dominic Simon and to take all the steps needed for his release. II. To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction or command to the respondent No.3 to withdraw the case filed against the petitioner's son as the same has been filed due to some misunderstanding.
III. To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction or command to respondent No.1 to consider and pass an appropriate order on Ext.P6 representation within a reasonable period.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's son is already released. Therefore, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
