J U D G M E N T
The complaint of the petitioner in this writ petition is that traditional fishermen using non mechanized boats are not permitted fishing whereas those using mechanized boats were permitted. When the matter came up for consideration on 30.09.2020, this Court had directed the District Collector to take a decision on the question of permission to be granted to the traditional fishermen using non mechanized boats.

Therefore, the petitioner cannot have any further
grievance, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 3 to 5 to see that the said decision of the District Collector is complied with in tune with
the Government Order.
