stated that in the cases relied on by the petitioner they had submitted their applications along with requisite documents and they had also remitted the licence fee and therefore the case of the petitioner is not similar, as he has not so far, submitted any application in the prescribed form and has not produced the 5 documents as prescribed in Appendix 1900 G of the PWD Manual and therefore the said judgments will not help the petitioner. It is also pointed out that as the petitioner is an experienced contractor, he would have been very well aware of the fact that his registration would get cancelled in case he did not submit proper application with the supporting documents and did not remit the prescribed fee within time. It is also pointed out that the petitioner had encountered with the same experience, on a previous occasion, of cancellation of his registration due to non-submission of application in time after which he had obtained new registration. It is therefore stated that the petitioner would be free to submit application for fresh registration as a contractor.
