JUDGMENT

The petitioner is challenging his disqualification ordered under Section 164(2)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013.

The learned Central Government Counsel points out that the disqualification is admittedly for a period upto 31.10.2020 and as of now there will not be any purpose in considering the matter and to take a decision on the questions raised by the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. As soon as the petitioner submits the prescribed form on completion of the tenure of disqualification, appropriate action shall be taken by the Registrar of
