JUDGMENT
Dated this the 11th day of September 2020
Petitioner, who is the wife of the 5th respondent-an Assistant Sub Inspector in the Traffic Headquarters, Delhi Police Force, has filed this Writ Petition through her mother, since the petitioner continues to be in coma stage on account of the attack from the 5th respondent on 26.03.2020. It is stated that the petitioner is not in a position to find out any funds for her treatment. It is also stated that her entire belongings are taken away by the 5th respondent from time to time which ultimately resulted in the present stage on account of the cruel acts done by the 5th respondent. Pointing out these aspects petitioner's younger son who is undergoing his studies, has submitted a representation before the 4th respondent as well as Lieutenant Governor and Chief Minister of New Delhi and it is stated that there is no response from the authorities.
In the said circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 4th respondent to take appropriate action on Ext.P4 representation as expeditiously as possible taking note of the condition of the petitioner at any rate within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
