JUDGMENT
Being aggrieved by the refusal on the part of the respondents in accepting land tax in respect of property having an extent of 38 cents comprised in Re-Sy. No.28/4 of Ozhur Village, Malappuram District of which the petitioner claims to be a co-owner, the instant writ petition has been filed.
preferred Ext.P3 representation before the 2nd respondent and his limited prayer is for a consideration of the same in an expeditious manner.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner in Ext.P3, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to take up Exhibit-P3 and pass orders on its merits, with notice to the petitioner and the affected parties. Orders shall be passed as aforesaid, within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
