JUDGMENT
The respondent No.5 is the wife of the petitioner herein. The relationship between them is strained. The petitioner contends that his cars are with the 5th respondent and the same is being misused. To get back the said vehicles, he has approached the police and when no assistance was offered he has rushed to this Court seeking directions.
Today when the matter was taken up, Sri. O.D. Sivadas, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 5th respondent has now come forward and has offered to return the vehicles and therefore he has no further grievance.
This writ petition is closed.
