JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:-
“issue a writ in the nature of mandamus, order or direction directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 request expeditiously within the time limit fixed by this Hon’ble Court.”
of the counter affidavit reads thus:-
“9. It is respectfully submitted that Ext.P2 request made
by the petitioner forwarded by this respondent to the office of the 2nd respondent who is competent to consider the same. Therefore this Hon’ble Court may pleased to dispose the petition in accordance with law.”(sic)
In that view of the matter, the 2nd respondent is directed to take up Ext.P2 and take a decision on the same expeditiously, with notice to the petitioner, at any rate within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, provided Ext.P2 has not been disposed of till date.
