This appeal is directed against the judgment dated 12.08.2020 in W.P(C) No.10689/2020. When this matter is taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that, based on the directions in the impugned judgment, an order was passed by the 2^nd respondent Joint Registrar, on 30.09.2020 and hence the matter has become infructuous. It is further submitted that without prejudice to the right of the appellant to challenge the said order in accordance with law the matter can be dismissed as infructuous.

Recording the said submission this appeal is dismissed as infructuous without prejudice to the right of the appellant to challenge the order dated 30.09.2020, in accordance with law.
