This writ appeal is filed challenging an interim order passed by a learned single Judge in W.P.(C)No.12709 of 2020 dated 29.06.2020. In fact, during the pendency of the appeal, filed on 17.07.2020, writ petition itself was disposed of by the learned single Judge, by a common judgment along with other writ petitions, which is under challenge in various writ appeals before this Court.

Taking into account the facts and circumstances, we do not think anything survives to be considered in this writ appeal. Therefore, writ appeal is dismissed, leaving open liberty to the appellants to take up all tenable contentions, in the appeal if any, filed against the main judgment.
