Petitioner is the owner of an extent of 5.89 Ares of property comprised in Re.Sy.Nos.179/16-2 and 179/14-2, Block No.42 of Chadayamangalam Village, Kottarakkara Taluk, Kollam District.

Petitioner has submitted Ext.P7 application under Section 5 of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wet Land Act, 2008, seeking permission for construction of a residential building before the Local Level Monitoring Committee, ie, 3^rd respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks direction for consideration of Ext.P7 by the 3^rd respondent on an early basis and forward the same to the District Authority.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Senior Government Pleader, there will be a direction to the 3^rd respondent to consider Ext.P7 and make necessary recommendations after enquiry, at the earliest possible, and at any rate, within a month to the District Authority.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
