JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:
(i) To call for the records leading to Ext.P1
(ii) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction and thereby directing the respondent s not to prevent the petitioner from discharging his duty as a member of Ward No.10 of Valiavattom and also to attend the Panchayat committee meeting scheduled on 13.2.2019.
(iii)To issue such other appropriate writ, order or direction that may be deemed to be just and equitable in the facts and circumstances of the case.
petitioner was permitted to participate in the meeting of the Grama Panchayat. Today when the matter is taken
up, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that, the writ petition has virtually become infructuous since by virtue of the interim order, petitioner has participated in the meeting.
