J U D G M E N T
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking
the following reliefs;
i) Call for the records relating to Exhibit P1, P3, P5, P8 and P10 and set aside the originals of the same by the issue of a writ of certiorari or other appropriate writ or order.
ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ order or direction, commanding the 3rd respondent to grant approval to the appointments made by the petitioner as against the retirement vacancies.
iii) Pass such other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper to grant in the circumstances of the case.
However, today when the matter is taken up, a not
pressed memo is placed. Therefore, this writ petition is
dismissed as not pressed.
