JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs :-
(i) To issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing Ext.P6 order issued by the 1st respondent dated 10.07.2019 ; and
(ii) Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing Ext.P5 order to the extent of any finding against the petitioner;
(iii) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 3rd respondent to retain the petitioner as Headmaster at BEMP HSS, Thalassery.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as
infructuous.
