J U D G M E N T
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking
the following reliefs;
i) To call for the entire records leading to Exhibit P5 and issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, direction or order and quash the same.
ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, direction or order, directing the 2nd respondent to arrange issuance of course certificate to the petitioner without inclusion of “place of study: Centre for Distance Education” forthwith;
iii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, direction or order, declaring that petitioner is eligible to complete the course and for grant of certificate on the basis of the law prevailing as of 2015;
iv) To issue any other appropriate writ, order or direction to meet ends of justice under the circumstances of the above case;
