This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:-

I) Issue a writ of mandamus or such other writ, direction or order compelling the Kerala State Sports Council to authorise its representative to make all arrangements for submitting Entry Forms for registration of the players and the Honorary

Coaches of the State Teams and to ensure participation of the Kerala State Team in the 47^th Senior National Handball Championship for Women scheduled to be conducted from 6^th to 11^th January 2019 at the Sinhagad Institute, Opp.Solapur University, Kegon, Solapur, Maharashtra;

ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or such other writ, direction or order to the respondents 1 and 2, to appoint an observer to oversee the 47^th Senior National Handball Championship for Women Scheduled to be conducted from 6^th to 11^th January 2019 at the Sinhagad Institute, Opp.Solapur University, Kegon, Solapur, Maharashtra, by the 6^th respondent-Handball Federation of India and ensure participation of the Kerala State Teams in the National Handball Championships;

Apparently the issue is relating to the

participate in the National Senior Handball Championship for women which was scheduled during January 2019. The relief sought for by the

petitioner shows that, the foundation of the case is based on the conduct of the Championship within the schedule period. Therefore, nothing survives to be considered in the writ petition, since the period is already over.

The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
