This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:-
“i. issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writs, directions or orders directing the respondent to consider and pass final orders on Exhibit P3 application for domestic water connection as expeditiously as possible or any at any event within a period of one month;
ii. render such other orders as are deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
