The petitioner, a Higher Secondary School Teacher (Junior) Computer Science in the Desabandhu Higher Secondary School in Palakkad District, approached the 2^nd respondent-Director of Higher

Secondary Education by Ext.P6 aggrieved by denial of approval of her appointment.

There shall be a direction to the 2^nd respondent to take a decision on Ext.P6 within a period of two months, after hearing the petitioner, the Manager and any other affected teachers.
